Douglas Motorsport’s Jordan Cane earned his second victory of the season at the weekend (August 26/27) at Snetterton, which incidently ,was the track where he earned his first win on his debut weekend.

Starting in second on the grid in race 2 of the weekend, he stormed into the lead on lap 2 and never looked back. In the end he won the race by 6.4 seconds, a great result for the 16 year old.

Jordan Cane –

It was an amazing race, and how it all panned out for us. At the start, Samaia and I got a cracking start and we pulled away from the second row and then on lap two he defended into Riches and then I managed to get him around the outside of Wilson. From there I just tried to minimise any mistakes, and build quite a big gap and got the win.

“When you are leading, it’s not easy to minimise mistakes, especially when you have people pressuring you. I didn’t have as much pressure as the last win and I’m really happy to come away with the win

Race 3 saw a top 4 finish for the two Douglas Motorsport drivers, Callan O’Keeffe just missed out a podium place while Jordan Cane followed up his win in the previous race with a 3rd place in the final race of the weekend.
